Simon Associés is enriching its offer by acquiring a Media, Entertainment and Communication department created and led by Julien Grosslerner, as a partner having developed a recognized practice in these sectors.

Graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holder of a 3e Cycle in Intellectual Property of the University of Paris II, Julien Grosslerner begins his career at TF1 where he held the position of legal manager of the Entertainment division until 2007. Thereafter, he held the position of Deputy Director of Lansing at the SACEMthen Deputy Legal Director of Banijay Stéphane Courbit’s audiovisual production group.
He then joins the American group NBCUniversal to take over the Legal Department and the Distribution Department for Southern Europe. In 2015, he created his own law firm specializing in Media/Entertainment before joining the law firm Duclos Thorne & Mollet Vieville in 2019.
Its team works with both SMEs and French and international multinationals.particularly American, on technical and strategic issues in copyright, audiovisual regulations, digital law, advertising law and contractual matters.

Julien Grosslerner will be in charge of the development of this new practice of Simon Associés in all branches of this sector (audiovisual, music, entertainment, etc.). Julien joins Simon Associés with his collaborators, Tifany Carlos and Lucy Cronin.
Tifany holds a Master 2 in Digital Creation Law. She has developed a solid expertise in the sector. After initial experiences in Entertainment companies (Sony Music, Lagardère), Tifany Carlos completed his final internship at Nomos before joining Julien Grosslerner in 2021 at Duclos Thorne Mollet-Viéville.
Lucy also holds a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law. She has developed solid skills in this field after a first experience at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and her final internship at the law firm Bird&Bird. Lucy Cronin has mainly specialized in the Media and Entertainment sector, in particular thanks to her experience at TF1 and her first collaboration with the firm Duclos Thorne Mollet-Viéville alongside Julien Grosslerner.
